Close your eyes and find a comfortable seated position or lie down. Take a few deep breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth, letting go of any tension.
1. Grounding:
Visualize roots extending from the soles of your feet, anchoring you deep into the earth. Feel the supportive energy of the earth beneath you.
2. Release Tension:
Bring awareness to each part of your body, starting from your toes to the top of your head. With each breath out, release any tension or tightness you may be holding.
3. Cleansing Breath:
Inhale deeply through your nose, drawing in pure, revitalizing energy. As you exhale through your mouth, visualize a wave of white or golden light washing over you, cleansing and purifying your entire being.
4. Energy Scan:
Imagine a gentle beam of light scanning your body from head to toe. This light detects any stagnant or heavy energy. As it passes through, it transforms the energy into vibrant, positive light.
5. Element Purification:
Envision the elements purifying you:
Earth: Grounding and stabilizing energy surrounds you.
Water: A gentle flow of cleansing water washes over you, removing impurities.
Fire: A warm, purifying flame burns away any negativity.
Air: A fresh breeze sweeps through, clearing away residual energy.
6. Intention Setting:
State your intention for the cleansing. Affirm that you release any energy that does not serve your highest good and invite positive, healing energy to fill the space.
7. Crystal Clearing:
If you have a clear quartz crystal, hold it in your hand. Visualize the crystal absorbing and transmuting any remaining negativity. Feel its energy amplifying the cleansing process.
8. Chakra Alignment:
Imagine each of your chakras as vibrant energy centers. Starting from the base, visualize each chakra spinning brightly and in harmony. Any dimness or blockages dissolve into the light.
9. Aura Cleansing:
Expand your awareness to your aura, the energy field surrounding your body. Visualize it being cleansed and strengthened, forming a protective barrier.
10. Gratitude and Closing:
Express gratitude for the cleansing experience. Feel the renewed sense of lightness and clarity. Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Open your eyes when you are ready, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
